Dressed casually in a pair of tights, a long-sleeved turquoise shirt and a puffer vest, the mother-of-one revealed she’d just got back from a morning run.

Sitting cross-legged on the floor, Tiffiny then used her incredible upper-body strength to hoist herself up using the rings to perform pull-ups.

For the next set, Tiffiny held her whole body weight with one arm, while she performed bicep curls with the other, using a dumbbell.

Tiffiny then proceeded to display her amazing core strength while doing leg raises, holding a weighted ball between her thighs to make the move even more difficult.

Finally, the wife of comedian Ed Kavalee finished with her most difficult exercise yet, holding her whole body horizontal while she completed more pull-ups.

Meanwhile last month, the television personality shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, revealing her family’s Taekwondo studio was one of many small businesses forced to close its doors during the coronavirus outbreak.

Tiffiny teared up as she sent a ‘big virtual hug’ to the health clubs, gyms and other small businesses that were suffering due to restrictions put in place by the federal government to close gyms to help curb the spread of COVID-19.

‘Our family business, Hall’s Taekwondo, operational for 36 years closed its doors today. We have 49 staff members that we’re trying to support through this,’ she said.

‘I know all small businesses are struggling and doing it incredibly tough and it is so heartbreaking.

She added: ‘Big virtual hug to all the gyms, my personal gyms that support me. We’re gonna make it through it.’
