Also wearing several gold necklaces, Rita dressed appropriately for her outing as she sported a pair of wellies.

The hitmaker completed her look by letting her platinum blonde locks fall loose down her shoulders.

Alongside the snap, she promoted her latest single: ‘#HowToBeLonely live from London tomorrow! I love you all ❤❤❤’.

Rita has been doing her best to stay fit in lockdown, sharing a video of her home workout efforts.

The star was red-faced as she performed a tough al fresco workout, sweating as she executed a series of sit-ups and planks on Wednesday.

Crediting personal trainer Alex Fine for putting her through her paces, Rita shared, ‘I’m dying @alexfine i did you ab workout’.

Sporting a black sports bra and turquoise leggings, the beauty puffed and panted as she lay back down on her mat.

The star, who accessorised with layered gold chokers and coordinating earrings, wore her blonde locks pulled back in a bun.

‘I hate these’, she lamented, alongside a second video of her planking.

Rita said: ‘People are coming in sick more than ever, especially the elderly. My mother’s been pushed forward.

‘She’s actually a psychiatrist and so for her to have to rush to the emergency is not obviously her day-to-day thing, so as you can see they are that desperate to have all different types of doctors helping from all over.’

Going on to talk about how her mother unwinds after a tough day at work, Rita went on: ‘She comes home, takes her clothes off, jumps straight into the shower. It’s a different way of living for right now.’

Rita has also signed up as a volunteer for the NHS as it’s ‘nice to also be able to help’, though she said of her concerns: ‘I think every day for her is a risk… I get a bit fearful and say, “If you don’t feel up to it you can stay home…”

‘She feels obliged as a doctor to go and lend her services… I check in and say, “How are you feeling? Please keep your distance…”

‘It’s scary, but for her she believes in God and faith… She really is a hero for me.’
