DIRECTORS’ DEALS: G4S boss Ashley Almanza awarded stock worth almost £2.6m

G4S boss Ashley Almanza has been awarded stock in the security firm worth almost £2.6million at current prices.

The 57-year-old South African will be handed the shares in three years’ time if he meets performance targets.

Almanza was criticised last year over a £240,000 cash payment to go towards his retirement.

He has been chief executive of G4S since 2013.
