The Love Island star, 28, appeared in high spirits on Instagram as she whined her very toned waist while passing the time during COVID-19 lockdown.

Alexandra looked incredible in the skimpy white top, which she teamed with a pair of low-slung pale grey joggers.

She left her poker straight brunette tresses to fall loosely over her shoulders while she added a sleek palette of make-up to her face.

The former make-up artist was in her element as she gyrated her hips and waved her arms to the song Whine Up by Nicky Jam and Anuel AA, flashing a huge smile as she did so.

While some may find it easy to reach for the snacks and have days bingeing Netflix while in isolation, Alexandra, who dropped from 11 stone down to nine, revealed that would never be the case for her.

When asked if she lets her standards slip on occasion, she confidently replied: ‘Nope! I don’t have days like that!

‘I can’t, because then I know that I’ll go back into those same habits that I used to have. Everyday I know how exercise makes me feel and it makes me feel so amazing, I almost crave it.

‘Every morning I’m like “I must do something!” I always set myself challenges and then I know I can relax. I don’t really watch TV, I read books, self-improvement books. I do a lot of research, I’m currently studying at the moment, I do charity work, just things that make me feel good really.’

In fact, for Alexandra, exercise is essential for starting her day right and ensuring she has great positive and mental well-being throughout the day.

She states: ‘Exercise for me is an absolute must, every single day.

‘I start my day with it, every day I do live HIIT workouts with people on my social media and that just sets me up for the day. It really motivates people and in turn really motivates me to keep that element of routine going.

‘Giving people that structure is so important and getting out and walking, getting some fresh and filling your body with nutritious foods, it has such a close link to positive mental well-being.

‘I just think if you just sit at home, right now more than ever, you would just start eating out of boredom, reaching for the snack cupboard and filling ourselves with snacky food which aren’t necessarily going to be great for us. But if we can try and maintain some level of balance, we can try and get through this really strong and feeling like we’ve accomplished something.’

Alexandra’s Summer Shred is available at thehappybodyplan.com price £29.00.
