Roxy Jacenko has long been open about her love of plastic surgery and has admitted to getting procedures including a boob job, Botox, lip fillers and rhinoplasty.
And on Monday, the PR maven looked barely recognisable in a series of throwback images from before her makeover.
The 40-year-old shared the photographs with fans on Instagram, as part of a new challenge for Stan’s hit show, Bloom.

Called the Bloom Challenge, people post a throwback image from their youth. In the show, a mysterious berry allows locals to relive their youth. The challenge is helping celebrate the brand new season of Bloom.
In one image, Roxy looks fresh-faced with thinner lips and dark hair, wearing a navy sweater.
In another, appearing from the start of her career, she wears a navy pinstripe blazer and smiles widely.

Roxy saw the fun side of things and said she was happy for her followers to have a laugh at her expense.
She wrote online: ‘Okay so I thought I would go through the boxes from my mum Doreen’s place and take up the Bloom challenge to celebrate the launch of one of my favourite shows, Bloom (Season two launches this Thursday) and to shed some humour (clearly at my expense) on what has been a darn lousy time for all out there.’
The blonde added: ‘SLIDE for some of my most interesting fashion and beauty moments.’
Roxy – who is an ambassador for Stan – then challenged other people to get involved in the challenge, including her husband Oliver Curtis, heiress Francesca Packer Barham and singer Samantha Jade.

Former Cronulla Sharks player Beau Ryan is also an ambassador for Stan and shared his own hilarious flashback shots as part of the challenge.
He joked that it looks like he ‘didn’t start eating until 2002.’
Roxy has made no secret that she’s had a boob job, rhinoplasty, Botox and lip fillers.

At her Sydney Trials And Tribulations seminar in June 2018, Roxy told attendees there is ‘nothing wrong’ with having procedures done to ‘fix’ things.
‘If you’re not happy with something about yourself, what’s wrong with changing it?’ the blonde businesswoman candidly told the women and men in the room.
‘I like to be real. There’s nothing worse than when you read articles about people refuting claims that they’ve fixed this or fixed that,’ she said.

Addressing the crowd of young PR wannabes, Roxy openly joked about her ‘sultana t*ts’ and said her old nose used to ‘enter a room before her’.
Roxy has always been quite open about her physical enhancements, telling Daily Mail Australia that she had her lips enlarged in 2017 – and still gets them done.
‘Yes, I still have my lips done. But I’ve just learnt less is more!’ Roxy said at the time.

Back in June 2015, she told Who magazine about her rhinoplasty: ‘I was over the droopy end and bump on the top of my nose, so it made sense to get it tweaked.
‘My nose is already looking one hundred times better and being able to breathe [properly] is a luxury.’
She also had a boob job at the age of 24 – the same year she launched her now-successful public relations business Sweaty Betty PR.
The new season of Bloom on Stan premieres on Thursday, April 9.
