Peter Andre enjoys a picnic with his children in the garden after son Junior ends isolation stint

His son Junior, 14, recently came out of self-quarantine after suffering COVID-19 symptoms.

And Peter Andre happily enjoyed a picnic with his four children Junior, Princess, 12, Amelia, six and Theo, three on Sunday as they made the most of the nice weather.

Taking to Instagram at the weekend, the singer, 47, shared a sweet picture of his kids enjoying an Al fresco meal in the garden, but the star was later forced to scold eldest daughter Princess for buying ‘non-essential’ false nails.

Peter further gave an insight into his weekend as he proudly showed off his very first loaf of bread he baked. 

Clearly happy with his handiwork, the TV personality panned his camera around so that fans could get a glimpse of his loaf from all angles. 

Peter also scolded daughter Princess for ordering non-essential false nail kits on Amazon, with the youngster heard moaning: ‘I love them, they are gorgeous!’ 

As she unwrapped her Amazon package – sneakily paid for using his card – Peter ranted: ‘Hang on, woah, woah woah – Bist, this is non-essential!

‘Non essential…. NON essential. NON essential!’

He also uploaded a humorous video of his empty toilet paper cardboard roll, captioning it: ‘Noooooo.’ 

The family picnic comes after Peter celebrated on Friday as his son Junior came out of self-isolation after displaying coronavirus symptoms.

In a heartwarming video shared to the Mysterious Girl singer’s Instagram page, Junior was seen entering the kitchen and greeting his family as his dad gave him a hug after their separation.

Pete said: ‘Here he is, look what the cat dragged in, out of iso, how are you feeling?’

Junior responded: ‘I just want to eat, sleep and repeat.’

Pete then hugged his son and said ‘Welcome back son, I missed you’ , before planting a kiss on him as typical teen Junior responded ‘I didn’t. Get off man!’

A proud Pete captioned the video: ‘Out of isolation and back to being a teenager.’

Reality star Pete also shared clip of Junior playing with his younger brother Theo, three, saying: ‘He missed you.’     

Meanwhile, as his doctor wife Emily continues battling COVID-19 from the frontline,  the star revealed his four kids are ‘terrorising the house’ as he gave a candid look into his home life on Instagram on Friday.

The Flava singer was left aghast as his son Theo swore at him, Princess twerked to rude songs and the kids climbed over the furniture.

Peter has son Junior and daughter Princess with wife ex Katie Price, while he has Amelia and Theo from his marriage to Emily Andre.

But while Emily is at work fighting the coronavirus alongside her NHS colleagues, Peter hinted that the kids are running riot while mum’s away.

In a hilarious look at his home life on Instagram stories, Peter accused his brood of ‘terrorising the house’ as they jumped on the furniture and hung upside down on the sofa as he called for them to do their homework.

Another clip saw the star’s youngest Theo swear at him by flipping the middle finger, with Peter sarcastically captioning the clip ‘nice’ and ‘real class’. 

Meanwhile, the dad was left dismayed at Princess dancing to a song ‘Bubble Butt’.

Amid the chaos of his day, he also shared a quick clip of him laying back exhausted, while his 2004 track Insania played over the top – hinting that his brood were driving him insane.   

The former I’m A Celebrity contestant also hinted he was struggling to keep up with the demands of his lively kids as he revealed his shock at how fast lunch time had come around. 

He moaned: ‘Can’t believe it’s lunch already’, before rustling up a meal of pizza and sweetcorn.

However, there were some heartwarming moments of his day as eldest daughter Princess helped little Amelia with her homework, telling her ‘That’s helping me a lot.’ 

While the singer also took a moment to play cars with Theo. 

Peter’s wife Emily, 30, recently admitted she was worried about passing on the virus to her family due to her work as a doctor. 

The mother-of-two wrote in her OK! magazine column that she’s trying to be ‘sensible’ by limiting contact with her children, and described living in the midst of the pandemic as ‘challenging’.

Meanwhile, GMB host Piers Morgan recently asked Peter if he was proud of Emily yet fearful for her while she is at work. 

Pete replied: ‘Yeah, I am… Emily, along with all the NHS staff and carers are now exposed to something… when they come home, their exposure means that we’ve got to be careful, they’ve got to be careful, obviously, so we have to have some sort of distance, because we don’t want the kids to catch it, so it’s a little bit difficult times.

‘But she’s my absolute hero for doing this, so many people are just stepping up to the plate. This is a really serious issue and I’ve agreed with you all along when you’re telling people, ‘Listen to what’s going on. This isn’t a joke, this is serious.’

Piers then asked Peter if Emily is worried about a lack of protective gear available at work and Peter said: ‘Yeah, honestly I do feel that. Maybe they just weren’t prepared for this… it’s obvious because you can see the protective gear they’re wearing is just a paper mask which is not going to be that protective.’

He added: ‘She obviously tells me a lot of stuff because of confidentiality, but because she’s exposed to the virus quite a lot at the moment in the last few days, it means now at home .. we’re having to… it’s weird to say, but we’re having to be in separate rooms and the reason for that is because I’m the one who has to have the kids now and so if I’m exposed to it as well… I’m just scared the kids are going to get it.’
