During Friday’s episode of Shahs Of Sunset, Golnesa ‘GG’ Gharachedaghi underwent emergency surgery after experiencing ‘extreme pain’ in her abdomen.
‘They took both my Fallopian tubes out. I can never get pregnant the natural way,’ explained Gharachedaghi, who revealed in February that she had suffered a miscarriage.
Meanwhile, Reza Farahan broke down in tears, while apologizing to his family for unintentionally forcing them to pick sides in his feud with Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid.

Tears: Meanwhile, Reza Farahan broke down in tears, while apologizing to his family for unintentionally forcing them to pick sides in his feud with Mercedes ‘MJ’ Javid
Prior to her emergency surgery, GG had attended a ‘reiki session’ as means of tending to the trauma of her miscarriage.
During the car ride home is when the 38-year-old TV personality began experiencing the pains that would eventually send her to the hospital.
On the way to the ER, GG could be seen holding herself in a fetal position as she attempted to mentally work through her pain.
Gharachedaghi was then rushed into surgery and would only learn of the removal fo her fallopian tubes upon waking.

It was her parents – father Mahmoud and mother Fatima – who were forced with the task of revealing the devastating news to their daughter.
During the episode confessional, GG believed that the removal of her tubes was ‘karma’ after having ‘too many’ accidental pregnancies.
‘Getting pregnant too many times on accident, to not ever be able to accidentally get pregnant again… this is my karma I deserve for the life I led for so many years.’
Although the glamour girl was still visibly reeling from the news, she did express a smidgen of hopefulness.
She said: ‘I’ve come to such a great place in my life, that I know that eventually I’m gonna be ok, so I allow myself to heal and be ok in the moment.’

Prior to Farahan’s tear-filled breakthrough, the 46-year-old rehashed his rage with husband Adam Neely over Mike Shouhed and Nema Vand, presumably, siding with MJ.
He revealed that he had ‘blocked Mike and Nema from my phone, on Twitter, on Instagram.’
‘Nothing good has come from them trying to fix things with MJ and I.
But when Farahan finally met with the pair face-to-face he could not hold back his tears, as he explained his perspective on the events.
‘I’m trying to explain to you guys how isolated and alone I felt. I get irrational when I feel like I’m under attack and I feel hurt. I am an accountable person — everything that happened, happened.’
Finding the light: ‘I’ve come to such a great place in my life, that I know that eventually I’m gonna be ok, so I allow myself to heal and be ok in the moment,’ said GG of her situation
He admitted that he had ‘said those disgusting vile things’ to Mike and Nema because he ‘was so hurt.’
Reza continued: ‘I could have done it all differently, I did it. I was stupid. I want to apologize to everyone for putting you guys in a position where you had to pick between two people that you guys care about.’
The real estate mogul concluded his monologue by admitting that he was ‘sorry’ and ‘didn’t meant to’ to put Mike and Nema in a hard place.
During the episode, MJ and her husband Tommy were busy meeting with attorneys in an attempt to deal with the restraining order placed on Tommy after he vandalized Reza’s residence.
One lawyer revealed to MJ and Tommy that the charges being pursued by Farahan could place Tommy behind bars.

In the final moments of Friday’s episode, Reza appeared ready to reconcile with her pal of over 30-years and even considered issuing an apology to Mercedes.
‘It’s clear that I have to apologize to MJ and hopefully we can build a new foundation and a new friendship form ground zero and move forward from there.’
