Antonia Kidman has given fans a glimpse at her impressive home gym as she self-isolates at home in Sydney amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

On Sunday, the younger sister of Nicole Kidman uploaded an Instagram photo of her balcony-turned-workout area, which featured a cycling machine, hand weights, medicine ball and kettlebell.    

‘Adapting to lockdown – my balcony gym!’ the 49-year-old wrote in the caption.

Antonia is currently hunkering down with her family inside their Northern Beaches mansion, and has been keeping fans updated with photos of her family adapting to their new lifestyle. 

Last weekend, the journalist-turned-lawyer celebrated her daughter Sybella Hawley’s 13th birthday in self-isolation with her husband Craig Marran.  

‘Celebrating our darling Syb’s 13th birthday this weekend. We enjoyed a slice of cake and some party games in isolation,’ Antonia captioned an Instagram photo of herself, Sybella and Craig posing in their lounge room.

In the picture, Craig wrapped his arm lovingly around Antonia as they crouched next to the teenager, who had just blown out the candles on her cake.  

The journalist also recently posted a picture of Craig and four of her children sitting at the dining table, working on laptops or writing on school worksheets.

She also shared a photo of her sons Hamish, James, Nicholas and Alexander practicing social distancing last month. 

In an Instagram photo, her boys sat far apart from each other as they enjoyed snacks and drinks on the patio of their luxury Northern Beaches home. 

She wrote in the caption of the Instagram post: ‘Practicing for lockdown in style.’ 

The TV presenter explained in the caption alongside the photo: ‘Got some! Happened to be walking past Mitre 10 at the right time.’ 

As of Sunday morning, there are 5,552 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Australia, including 30 deaths.
