Why Tiger King sucks: Radio host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson says the Netflix documentary series is BORING and doesn’t understand why Australians are so obsessed with it
Netflix documentary series Tiger King may be the most-watched show in Australia right now, but Jackie ‘O’ Henderson doesn’t see what all the fuss is about.
The radio host, 44, said on The Kyle and Jackie O Show on Thursday that she had tried to watch the first few episodes but found them boring.
‘I’m still not into it,’ she told listeners.

Jackie asked KIIS FM newsreader Brooklyn Ross: ‘You said you’re up to episode three or four and that it’s got a bit boring. Have you continued with it?’
Brooklyn replied: ‘No. The whole household last night said, “Do we want to watch another episode?” And we were like, “Hmm, nah.”‘
‘Yeah, see I don’t get what all the hoo-ha is about. It’s not that great,’ Jackie agreed.

Brooklyn argued that Tiger King dragged on too long, prompting Jackie to say: ‘Yeah, put all the good stuff in three episodes!’
‘That’s all you need… it’s a bit slow, I thought,’ she added.
The seven-part series launched on Netflix on March 20, and has gone on to make headlines and spark fierce debate on social media.

Tiger King follows Joseph Maldonado, a.k.a. Joe Exotic, an eccentric, gun-toting polygamist who presides over a private roadside zoo in Oklahoma.
It centres on his rivalry with Carole Baskin, an animal activist and owner of a big cat sanctuary threatening to put Joe out of business.
The documentary is so popular that a mini-series adaptation is already in the works.
