The Flash star Danielle Panabaker welcomes first child with husband Hayes Robbins: ‘Our baby was born and we are safe, happy, and healthy’

The Flash star Danielle Panabaker has welcomed her first child with husband Hayes Robbins.

The 32-year-old actress shared the good news on Instagram Thursday. 

‘This was good but holding you in my arms is an indescribable feeling,’ she captioned a photo of herself holding her bump. ‘Happy to announce that our baby was born and we are safe, happy, and healthy at home.’

Last week she was seen napping on the sofa with her bump next to her dog.

‘Thanks for the nomination @caitylotz #IStayHomeFor my grandparents and my family, for the healthcare workers who can’t and fearlessly save lives.’

And in February the beauty was seen hiking in LA. She added the caption, ‘I try to exercise every day – it’s good for my body but also good for my mental health.’   

The star, who plays Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost on The Flash, and Robbins initially crossed paths through friends and confirmed their engagement amid a July 2016 Greek getaway.

They got married in June of 2017 with a number of her peers from The CW present, including Katie Cassidy, Tom Cavanagh, Victor Garber, Grant Gustin, Jesse L. Martin and Carlos Valdes, according to Entertainment Tonight. 

The Augusta, Georgia-born beauty took to Instagram to mark the occasion, writing, ‘6.24.17 Happiest day of my life,’ alongside a shot of them kissing.

Panabaker has also been seen on shows such as Shark, Necessary Roughness and Justified, as well as in films including 2009’s Friday the 13th, This Isn’t Funny and Time Lapse.

She’s also been active behind the camera as well, directing two episodes of The Flash this year: License to Elongate and Godspeed. 

Panabaker, speaking with Beautiful Ballad earlier this summer at San Diego Comic-Con, opened up on one of the minor downsides of directing.

‘My feet really hurt,’ she said. ‘It’s a lot of time on your feet, but I’m directing again this season, which I’m really excited about and hopefully I’ll learn more.’
