Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh splurges $10million on a holiday house in Noosa

Home, sweet home! Real Housewives of Sydney star Krissy Marsh spends $10million on a holiday home in Noosa… but can’t visit yet because of Queensland’s coronavirus lockdown

Krissy Marsh is the proud new owner of a $10million holiday home in Noosa.

According to Domain on Wednesday, the Real Housewives of Sydney star, 48, purchased the luxury property in October, but the sale was only settled this week.

Unfortunately for Krissy, she isn’t able to visit the house yet because Queensland has closed its borders in an attempt to limit the spread of coronavirus.

The property was bought off the market, and is believed to have been sold for a record high for a home on a single block of land in Noosa Sound.

Noosa’s lucrative property market also saw tennis star Pat Rafter secure $15.2million for the sale of his beachfront mansion two years ago.

Dubbed the ‘Property Princess’ of the Real Housewives franchise, Krissy was born in Brisbane but moved to Sydney at the age of 18 to pursue a modelling career.

She sold her investment apartment in Sydney’s Double Bay in November last year for $3.7million, after initially asking $5million for it earlier in the year.

Krissy herself is a real estate agent, and headed up her own successful real estate company, which she has since sold.

She previously spent two years living in China with her husband, property developer John Marsh, who is still based in Shanghai for work.

Krissy now lives in Sydney with the couple’s three children, sons Billy, 15, and Nicco, 13, and daughter Milana, 11.

In an interview with the Wentworth Courier in July 2017, Krissy spoke about living in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and describing her home as a ‘party house’.

‘We’re right next to Bondi, so there’s so much to love with the beach and great cafés. It’s a real fashion hub and the Bondi to Bronte walk has to be the best coastal park in the world,’ she said.
