But Frankie Bridge took time out from parenting duties to show off her dancing skills as she uploaded clip of herself doing a viral Tik Tok dance on Instagram on Wednesday.

The former Saturdays singer, 31, flaunted her toned abs in a tiny blush pink bralet as she shimmied to Megan Thee Stallion’s hit Savage.

The television personality has been using her platform to speak about mental health during the coronavirus pandemic.

Last month, Sports Relief viewers watched Frankie battle panic attacks as she took part in a 100-mile trek across the Namib Desert to raise money for the cause.

Ahead of the expedition, Frankie credited husband Wayne for his unwavering support as she battled anxiety and depression during the early stages of their relationship.

Frankie had been dating footballer Wayne for little more than 12 months when she admitted herself to The Nightingale Hospital, a private mental health facility and detox unit in central London, in a bid to overcome her issues.

The star previously said the retired sportsman played a huge part in her recovery as she battled to pull herself away from her rock bottom in 2011.

As such, participating in the Sports Relief challenge was personally important to the star, who said during the broadcast: ‘I had a mental breakdown, and then ended up in a psychiatric hospital. I couldn’t cope with life anymore.

‘I was saying stuff like, “I don’t wanna be here, everyone else would be better off if I wasn’t around.” And I’m still doing things like this challenge to push myself.’
