As well as photo shoots, Alesha has been enlisting her girls to help with her daily workouts at home.

On Tuesday in a series of Instagram videos, Alesha, 41, demonstrated her impressive form as she performed squats with her giggling six-year-old clinging onto her back.
Alesha also revealed the pair had attempted to join the thousands who have been tuning into Joe Wicks’ daily P.E lessons online every day, but Azura was more interested in making up her own fitness routine.
The confident little girl was seen leading her mum through an energetic series of moves as Alesha joked her regular personal trainer had some competition.

Taking to Instagram, Alesha shared a series of energetic workout videos after opting to use her daughter as a makeshift weight.

In the first, the health conscious star completed a set of 10 push-ups while holding Anaya aloft, completing each repetition by planting a maternal kiss on the youngster’s face.
Alesha adopted an equally affectionate technique while doing press-ups over her young daughter, ensuring she rounded off each rep by kissing her on the lips.
With a fully equipped home fitness studio visible in the background, the star made the most of Anaya’s body weight while conducting a set of goblet squats.

Addressing her 986,000 followers, Alesha admitted she was forcing herself back into the gym after new quarantine rules left her unable to work-out with personal trainer Janet Malinowska.
She told fans: ‘So I’m really missing aunty @janetmalinowska & I’m not always as motivated without her! But today is a new day!
‘I started my workout whilst Anaya was napping but she woke up after 20 minutes so I thought I’d do it with her!

‘I can’t go in as hard as I normally would but at least the workout was completed, I had a good sweat and feel much better for it.’
She added: ‘Working out using your own body weight or your babies is just as good!!! Anaya is only tiny, so the bigger she gets the better!
‘Just try some simple sit ups, backward lunges, press ups & squats, see how you get on! Happy Monday.’
