Footage shows a group of youths flouting the coronavirus lockdown rules as they pull up in two cars near a hospital, blaring loud music on a road filled with elderly residents.
The footage was shot by an outraged local in Hillingdon Heath, west London, on a road near Hillingdon hospital this afternoon, who said the youths parked their cars in close proximity to each other to socialise.
He claimed the ill advised gathering, was one of several that had taken place on a road with many elderly residents – a group particularly at risk from coronavirus.
The resident said: ‘I was angry when I saw this happen, our roads has a very high proportion of older residents, therefore their disregard is putting their lives at risk.
‘This is the second time I have witnessed these same two vehicles on our road doing the same thing.
For residents of the road who are dutifully adhering to the government imposed lockdown within their homes, the antisocial drivers were an unwelcome disturbance.

He added: ‘It’s a breach of Covid-19 lockdown, meeting less than 2 meters away from each other. Anti-social behaviour; Loud music blaring for their cars and driving without due care and attention.’
Government lock down guidelines, put in place March 23, state individuals are not to leave their homes unless shopping for essentials, exercising (for an hour a day), any medical need, or travelling for work purposes if you are unable to work from home as a key worker.
Police armed with new powers to enforce the coronavirus lockdown are continuing to shame suspected wrongdoers as officers patrol the country looking to break up picnics and parties with threats of arrest or fines of up to £60 for those are breaching social distancing guidelines.
