MAFS bride Connie Crayden reveals when she ended her friendship ‘husband’ Jonethen Musulin

Married At First Sight’s Connie Crayden reveals she has ENDED her friendship with Jonethen Musulin – despite vowing to stay in touch at the final vows

Married At First Sight fans labelled Connie Crayden a stage-five clinger over her unrequited feelings towards TV husband Jonethen Musulin this season.

And now the unlucky-in-love bride claims the pair aren’t even on friendly terms anymore, and that it was her decision to cut ties with the mining worker.

Speaking to Today Extra on Monday, the aspiring marine biologist claimed: ‘Yes [I ditched him]… He’s not even friend-zoned.’

Connie and Jonethen separated during their final vows on Sunday’s episode, after weeks of Connie being the only one to vote ‘stay’ in the relationship.

The brunette dumped Jonethen during the episode by revealing she had learned to love herself instead of him.

The 27-year-old delivered an empowering speech about self-love, and thanked her ‘husband’ for helping her ‘find herself’ and become a strong, confident woman.

And on Monday, Connie told the Nine TV hosts that she and Jonethen were amicable during the split: ‘We did come out as friends.’

However, she then confessed: ‘But it’s only just been these last couple of weeks where I kind of called it quits on the friendship.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Jonethen Musulin for comment.

The pair will appear on Tuesday’s reunion episode – which was filmed in January.

When asked is Connie was seeing anyone special or online dating, she said she was happy being single for the time being.

‘It is hard to do it [date] when you are self-isolating though, don’t you think?

It’s really hard [to date]. You can’t leave the house. It is really hard,’ she said amid Australia’s COVID-19 lockdowns.
