‘I’ve actually leaned up during this ten day lockdown…did not realise how much unnecessary picking I did when I had all my lovely healthy shops of west London at my disposal!!

‘Paleo snack here, gluten free cookie there !!! It all adds up healthy or not !!! Currently getting my nutrition from great powders @planetpaleo and I’m sticking to intermittent fasting until two ..had a craving buster last last at biscuit o’clock (7pm) of an inch of ginger and a peeled lemon blitzed in water !!

‘Energy through the roof and eating no packaged food all slow cooked meat and veg and a protein shake once a day !!!

‘Gaining muscle by doing heavy weights too. Great for bone density and fat burning. #weightloss #lockdown #biohacking #intermittentfasting #littlepickers.

Earlier this month, Davinia had admitted she was struggling with temptation when it came to eating treats.

The fitness enthusiast shared a snap of her toned physique while wearing a protective glove.

She wrote: ‘Day one of the official Spanish lockdown and we are all wearing gloves when we venture out – the supermarket supplies them in entering the building (I think the Uk will follow suit in two weeks )….

‘It’s made me realise how much I need to exercise and the thought of not being to go to a gym like @barrysuk is horrific!!!!

‘I need the endorphins to stave off depression and low self esteem..But I’ve got a home gym here with an ancient running machine which will do.

‘I’m doing 5-10k a day with different speeds and inclines. If I was in the UK I’d definitely hire a rowing machine and slip it under the bed it’s great for fast cardio and doesn’t take up space also I’d highly recommend @iceman_hof breathing technique it’s a cardiovascular workout without moving and helps with depression too!!!!

‘So far we have loads of fresh fruit and veg in the local shops which is great and I’m really cutting down on sugar in the house as it only inflames the body and reduces my ability to fight any [germs] knocking about #corona #lockdown #spanishlockdown.’

Davinia also shared a slew of videos to her Instagram Stories revealing how Marbella had turned into a ghost town due to the pandemic, with residents only allowed to visit supermarkets and health food shops.

She also revealed that she would be relying on DIY to pass the time while the country remains in quarantine, writing: ‘Morning from Spain, so it looks like you guys are catching up with us and are going on lockdown.

‘One piece of advice, get to B and Q get all the little things you need to do the house up and get your jobs done because not doing anything will just make you sit near the kitchen and circumnavigate the fridge.

‘I’m going to paint this monster of a house white.’
