Sheridan Smith’s Two Pints Of Lager co-star reveals actress hasn’t spoken to him in THREE years

Sheridan Smith’s Two Pints Of Lager And A Packet Of Crisps co-star Will Mellor has revealed that the comedy won’t return, because she refuses to discuss it.

In a new interview with The Sun, Will, who played Gaz Wilkinson opposite Sheridan’s Janet Keogh on the hit BBC show, has also claimed that he and the 38-year-old actress haven’t spoken to one another in over three years.

The 43-year-old told the publication: ‘Sheridan just won’t talk about it. She’s not spoken to me in over three years now. It’s like she just won’t pick up the phone about it. There is just no point in going down that route.

‘I don’t know what happened, we last spoke about three, maybe four years ago and since then she won’t reply to my calls or text messages at all.

‘I wanted to be there but she’s just not interested so there is no point in going there. We can’t get a Two Pints reunion together without her.’

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Sheridan Smith for comment.

Asked if she was ‘scared’, the star admitted: ‘Oh yeah. I think anyone who says they aren’t is lying. I’m due in May. I had a scan today and he’s big!’

Sheridan went on to praise fiancé Jamie and revealed that he has been taking good care of her.

She sweetly gushed to the magazine: ‘I feel quite lucky. Maybe I’m just used to it? Honestly, Jamie’s been looking after me. He’s the best. He does everything and I’m just sat at home with the dogs just making a baby. I’ve got an easy life!’

Only recently, the star hinted that she might name her unborn child after her late father Colin, who tragically passed away from cancer in 2016.

Sheridan told The Mirror they’ve debated naming their son after her late father Colin, who passed away in 2016.

She said: ‘I think all the names we’ve got so far have been pretty traditional. We thought about naming him after my dad, but my dad’s called Colin, which is a bit….

‘As much as we miss him and love him. Storm, River, Colin… you never know.’

Gushing about her fiancé Jamie, Sheridan added: ‘I’ve had a bit of morning sickness in the beginning, but I’ve been quite lucky. Honestly, he has been looking after me –  he’s the best.’

It comes after Sheridan announced that she is planning to make a pregnancy documentary, ahead of welcoming a baby boy with fiancé Jamie later this year.

Sharing a selfie ahead of her latest scan she wrote: ‘Exciting news. I’m doing a documentary about what’s best for mum and baby when you’re pregnant.

‘Email me your worries, top tips and questions [email protected] And here’s a shameless selfie of me waiting for a scan.’

The star first sparked speculation that she was pregnant several months ago after she lamented her ‘morning sickness’ on social media.

She confirmed the news via Twitter and Instagram in October 2019, by posting a snap of a blanket which she captioned: ‘Baby Smith-Horn.’

Sheridan also took to Twitter to confirm the news that she was expecting, as she posted about awaiting her ‘most important role to date.’
