Jana Kramer reveals coronavirus isolation has left her ‘anxious, scared and depressed’ as country singer reveals worries over lack of work

Jana Kramer is getting in plenty of quality family time amid the growing coronavirus pandemic.

But like many facing self-quarantine, the country music singer is still struggling with plenty of anxieties.

Taking to Instagram, she explained: ‘I was naive in the beginning, terrified last week, nervous, anxious, scared and now today I’m depressed. It hit me like a d*** truck this morning. Just out of no where I started crying. I think I shocked Mike.’

Therapeutic outlet: Jana Kramer used her Instagram profile Saturday as a therapeutic outlet to express how she’s feeling amid the coronavirus pandemic

Kramer added: ‘I was having guilt for feeling those emotions because I’m not sick, my family isn’t sick so how can I be upset? But I believe we are entitled to feeling upset because of the times right now.

‘We are all financially stressed and it keeps me up thinking how I’m gonna support my family when I can’t work. I think hiding in the depression isn’t good and I think reaching out and telling your friends you’re having a hard time is what you need to do. So this is me saying ‘hey, I’m having a hard time and you’re not alone.’

The 36-year-old shared a selfie from bed as she looked effortlessly gorgeous, yet emotionally drained from isolation.
