Lisa Maffia breaks her 14 day self-isolation after 8 DAYS to go to the HAIRDRESSERS after being TOLD to quarantine amid UK-wide coronavirus lockdown (but wears a face mask!)

She revealed 8 days ago that she had been told to quarantine herself for two weeks.

But, Lisa Maffia broke her 14 day self-isolation after 8 DAYS as she stepped out to go to the HAIRDRESSERS in London on Saturday, ignoring the government’s self-distancing advice amid the UK-wide coronavirus lockdown.

The former So Solid Crew member, 40, wore a face mask in a bid to protect herself from the deadly virus as she went about her normal day-to-day life.

The musician boosted her height with a pair of perspex stiletto mules to walk her adorable pet pooch, before engaging in other activities.

Throughout the day, Lisa switched her face mask from a black version to a white one.

The 21 Seconds hitmaker walked her dog and mingled with shoppers in Tulse Hill during her outing.

Just 8 days ago, Lisa took to Instagram to tell her followers that she’d been quarantined because she was at ‘high risk’ of having the coronavirus.

Although she hadn’t been diagnosed with Covid-19, the musician said she had been told to stay at home for 14 days and avoid contact with friends and family.

In an Instagram video, she explained: ‘I’ve been told it’s best to go in quarantine for two weeks at home – I know how crazy is that? – so keep your mask on and don’t have contact with your family members.

‘Because I was on tour for so long and around so many people that there is high risk at having coronavirus. So I am staying in this bed for two weeks. Can you get someone to help pay my bills please.’

Her London outing came just hours after the prime minister told people to ‘stay at home’ in a bid to tackle the current COVID-19 (coronavirus) crisis that has swept the globe.

The country went into lockdown on Friday night as the government ramped up official measures to deal with the pandemic.

The prime minister has warned UK citizens not to leave their homes unless absolutely necessary amid the global pandemic, with the exception of key workers.

Lisa rose to fame as the main female member of grime hip/hop group So Solid Crew in 2001 before embarking on a solo career.
