She presented her breakfast show from home on Thursday in a bid to keep going during the coronavirus pandemic.
But Amanda Holden has insisted that she’s practising social distancing with her co-host Ashley Roberts, as they returned to the Heart FM Studios on Friday.
The presenter, 49, took to Instagram once again to share a snap of herself and Ashley, 38, standing several feet apart, following government advice for people to practice social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus.

Amanda cut a stylish figure in a black and red leopard print dress with a black leather jacket as she headed back into the studio to present the Heart Breakfast show.
The Britain’s Got Talent ensured she was a safe distance from Ashley, who cut a stylish figure in a pink bow blouse and a cream buttoned skirt.
Amanda captioned her post: ‘Practising #socialdistancing keeping you company @thisisheart – today and every morning!! WE CAN DO THIS.’

Just a day earlier, Amanda revealed that she was now presenting the Heart Breakfast Show from home.
The mother-of-two shared a snap of her stylish silk pyjamas as she readied herself for the show in front of the Heart microphone, following Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s plea for Londoners to stay at home and limit social contact.
Amanda still managed to look effortlessly glamorous as she shared a snap of herself with microphone in hand and her beloved dog Rudie in the other.
In a nod to working from home, Amanda wore pink silk zebra print pyjamas.

She wrote: ‘Like so many of you I’m working @thisisheart from #home today to make sure we have the tech to keep you company throughout this trying time! #breakfast 1h’.
Her latest Instagram post comes two days after she uploaded an Instagram snap from the studios.
Posing with Ashley Roberts, who presents the showbiz segment, Amanda told her fans it was ‘business as usual’.
Staff at the studio had already been stripped back as of last week.

Last Thursday, Amanda and Ashley revealed they had the run of the Heart FM studios.
The Breakfast Show presenters larked around in the corridors of the building before going on air, as they revealed to their Instagram followers ‘we’re literally the only ones in the building’ as the radio station tested out a stripped back staff.
Posing for a fun photo, Amanda and Ashley showed off their flexibility as they stretched their legs against the walls of the corridor.
