Tammy Hembrow was spotted running errands on the Gold Coast on Tuesday, as thousands of Australians self-isolate amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The 25-year-old fitness guru dressed casually in a pair of denim cut-off shorts and an oversized white T-shirt.

It comes after the mother-of-two alluded to COVID-19 fears last week when she told her Instagram followers to take their health seriously.

The Saski Collection founder completed her look with maroon socks and white sneakers.

She wore natural-look makeup and pulled her blonde hair away from her face and secured with a ’90s-style clip.

Despite growing fears surrounding COVID-19, Tammy looked relaxed as she hopped out of her Mercedes-Benz SUV.

Last Friday, Tammy alluded to the spread of coronavirus in a sponsored post for Women’s Best protein shakes.

While she didn’t explicitly mention the virus, she hinted at the global pandemic in her caption.

She wrote: ‘More important than ever to be taking your health seriously! It’s never too late to start and once you do it becomes addictive cause it feels so damn good (drinking my @womensbest vegan protein here which I have about twice a day).’
