And on Monday, the 38-year-old retired cricketer looked relaxed as he left the gym in Rose Bay, Sydney, after a workout session.
He worked on his post-breakup physique in a black Asics T-shirt that showcased his muscular arms, matching shorts and white sneakers.

Michael appeared to have his hands full as he clutched a striped towel and protein shake in one hand and his iPhone in the other.
He opted to go clean shaven for the outing.
The sighting comes after he sold an investment property north of Sydney for $1.5million, just weeks following his split announcement.

Michael, who is regarded as one of the best batsmen of his generation, has recently been documenting his workout routines on Instagram.
‘Love a Sunday morning session,’ Michael captioned a photo of himself showing off his muscular arms in the weight room last month.
He also uploaded another photo showing his weight to be a 82.4kg.

It comes after P.E. Nation founder Pip Edwards denied rumours she was Michael following his marriage breakdown.
Pip told The Sunday Telegraph last month that she had been supporting her friend and business associate ‘through a rough time’.
The pair have known each other for 12 years and have never publicly dated.
