Microsoft Teams is experiencing significant problems as hundreds of people say they can’t log on to the platform which allows people to work from home. 

An enormous spike in connectivity issues was seen at 9am GMT as millions of Europeans work from home and use the Microsoft service. 

More than three-quarters of the issues (77 per cent) were claimed to be with server connection. Other problems include accessing the website and logging in. 

People in self-isolation or avoiding going out in public are increasingly using platforms such as Microsoft Teams to work from home.
