Lauren Goodger puts on an eye-popping display as she showcases her curves

She recently revealed she had lost seven pounds in seven days after checking into a detox retreat earlier this month.

And Lauren Goodger couldn’t resist showcasing her toned figure as she enjoyed a night out at Melin restaurant in Essex on Saturday night. 

The former TOWIE star, 33, put on an eye-popping display as she showcased her curves in a tiny plunging white crop top.

Lauren teamed the racy item of clothing with a beige of beige bodycon trousers which highlighted her peachy posterior.

The reality star styled her brunette locks into a blow-dried hairdo, she added a slick of glamorous make-up.

It comes after Lauren revealed earlier this month that she had lost seven pounds in seven days after checking into a detox retreat earlier this month.

The former TOWIE star took to Instagram to share the news with her 756,000 followers as she revealed she was hoping to keep up the meat-free regime. 

Alongside a selfie, she penned: ‘7lbs in 7 days’, adding ‘Haven’t had meat for 7 days and trying stick to it .. I did before over 3 months! [sic]’

Whilst enjoying a stay at the Homefield Grange Health & Wellness Spa Retreat, Lauren also appeared to squeeze in some photoshoots, sharing a selection of saucy behind the scenes snaps. 

Lauren has spoken candidly about her weight loss in the past, and late last year she was duped into promoting diet drinks that contained cyanide.  

The Only Way Is Essex star was secretly filmed during a meeting where she was asked to promote a fake diet drink named Cyanora on her Instagram.

In the BBC Three documentary Blindboy Undestroys the World, Lauren was asked to advertise the drink despite it not even being ready for production.

It was part of an investigation by the show into whether celebrities actually consume the products which they are paid to promote to their followers on social media.

The drink was said to contain hydrogen cyanide, a deadly chemical used in both world wars, including at the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp in the 1940s.  

In the show, Lauren talks about her promoting another product called Skinny Coffee, which she previously claimed had helped her lose 12lbs in three weeks.

But her agent tells the seller: ‘Half these posts you see that people do, they’re not even trying them half the time.’ Lauren adds: ‘I never tried Skinny Coffee.’ 

Only recently, the reality star denied that she has had surgery, including implants or fat transfer to enhance the look of her derriere. 

Lauren told new! magazine: ‘I’ve always been thick set and I’ve always had a big bum. That’s the way it is. Feel it if you want! I’ve not had implants.’

She also insisted that she would allow anyone to do a Kim Kardashian-inspired X-ray on her bottom to make sure that it was real.

In 2011, reality TV star Kim had a scan to show critics that she has not had silicone implants in her cheeks after reading stories about her curves on celebrity blogs.

Denying any type of surgery, she said: ‘No, I’ve just got a big a**e! Feel free to do any X-rays or scans or whatever you need to do to prove it. Fat transfers don’t last. 

‘You need to keep getting them redone and I’d be forever under the knife if that were the case!’
