Ali Fedotowsky reveals she’s been tested for coronavirus… but may have to wait THREE WEEKS before she gets her results

Ali Fedotowsky has been tested for coronavirus.

The former Bachelorette, 35, shared the news with her 815K Instagram followers on Sunday after feeling ill and having difficulty breathing.

She claimed that while she doesn’t think she has the virus, she may have to wait up to three weeks for her results.

‘I just got tested for coronavirus. I’ve just had this tightness in my chest for the past little while and it hurts to take deep breaths,’ she shared on her Stories.

‘I’ve just been really rundown and I’ve just had some chills so I just thought, ‘You know what, I’m just going to get checked to be safe.’

Ali added that her mom, Beth Johnson, 65, was coming to live with her for three months starting tomorrow so wanted to be sure she was healthy as those 65 and older are more at risk of contracting the virus.

‘No fever so I feel pretty strongly that I don’t have it but the doctor and urgent care felt the safe thing to do would be to get tested since the x-ray of my lungs showed white spots,’ she captioned one of her videos.

‘The crazy thing is actually I don’t know when I’m going to get the results because they said it could take anywhere from 48 hours to three weeks. Three weeks!’

She continued: ‘Hopefully that’s not the case, cause if that is the case, our healthcare system is totally messed up.’

Ali went on to say that she was in fact feeling much better than she did on Saturday but wanted to share the news with her fans as she felt it was ‘important for people to take this seriously.’

She also put out a friendly PSA telling everyone that they should be consciously self quarantining themselves as it was the only way it would be possible to get rid of the deadly virus.

The former reality star’s health scare comes after she revealed earlier in the year that she had tested positive to cancer cells following a skin check up.

‘GET YOUR SKIN CHECKED. A couple weeks ago I found out I have skin cancer. When my dermatologist used the c-word, I just about fainted in his office,’ she started out the post.

‘Thankfully, the type of skin cancer I have is rarely fatal and really never fatal when you catch it early. It’s called Basal cell carcinoma.’

Ali rose to fame on The Bachelorette in 2010 where she became engaged to Roberto Matinez during the finale.

They ended their engagement the following year and she found love with radio host, Kevin Manno in 2013.
