Behind her, the Wanted’s Jay McGuiness can be seen pulling a funny face as he also left the building after being interviewed by Scott Mills and Chris Stark.

The pair were speaking about their roles in a new stage musical version of Sleepless In Seattle, due to open March 21 at Troubadour Wembley Park Theatre, Wembley.

Kimberley will play Annie while Jay will perform as the lead role Sam, who struggles to get over his wife’s death before meeting Annie.

It comes after Friday night’s Sport Relief segment, a Greatest Dancer spin-off, where Cheryl was left in total shock when her best friend and former bandmate Kimberley surprised her with a performance.

The broadcast of Sport Relief 2020 saw a slew of celebrities form two teams to go head-to-head in front of The Greatest Dancer panel made up of Cheryl, Oti Mabuse, Todrick Hall and Matthew Morrison.

But the Dance Captain, 36, had absolutely no idea Kimberley would be competing and was left stunned when she saw her pal take to the stage for her team’s performance to Chicago’s All That Jazz.

As Kimberley turned around and started making her way down the stairs, Cheryl gasped and pointed towards her best friend.

That didn’t deter Kimberley from strutting her stuff and she admitted after the performance the thought of stepping out in front of Cheryl had been ‘quite terrifying’.

Sharing her reaction, Cheryl joked: ‘I thought we were friends? I am so confused, I turned around to see the start of the performance and it was the back of her and I was like, “That’s my best friend,” I loved it, you looked great,’ she said.
