Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon was kicked off Nine’s social experiment a few weeks ago, but she hasn’t let that get her down.
The 32-year-old bodybuilder looked supremely confident on Friday as she flaunted her muscular physique after a gym session.
She uploaded a video to Instagram of herself showcasing her jacked body wearing nothing but a G-string and a sports bra.

‘You can’t really see in this light but my stomach [definition] has come in this week,’ she said proudly, adding that she recently lost 1.2kg.
‘My legs have definitely come in, which is awesome. [I’m] really starting to get that glute.
‘Shoulders are popping as always, I’m really happy with how the week has gone so far.’

The recovered drug addict began weight training four years ago.
She initially shredded all her body fat and became as lean as possible to compete in bodybuilding tournaments in 2017, before later bulking up.

Since then, she has boosted her booty and worked on her curves by spending hours in the gym each day.
On Married At First Sight, Hayley spoke candidly about her former struggles with hard drugs.
She started smoking cannabis at age 16 before becoming addicted to meth at 19.
Hayley was paired with David Cannon in the experiment, but they were both kicked off after expert John Aiken called their relationship ‘toxic’.
