Lydia Bright takes newborn daughter Loretta Rose to visit her mother Debbie two weeks after welcoming her ‘dream child’

She welcomed her first child last month.

And Lydia Bright treated her newborn daughter Loretta Rose to a day out on Tuesday as they paid a visit to the TOWIE star’s mother.

Debbie Bright, 55, looked every inch the proud grandmother as she cradled the baby in her arms in a sweet snap that she shared, captioned: ‘My W O R L D’.

Lydia has always classed mum Debbie, who has fostered several children and babies, as one of her best friends.

The outing came after Lydia, 30, told HELLO! magazine that Loretta Rose is a ‘dream child’ and that she is ‘still on a massive high’ after giving birth just over a fortnight ago.

‘I’m not even struggling with the sleep!’ she said. ‘I’m loving the night feeds. That’s my favourite time. I sit there breastfeeding and I just stare at her. I definitely feel like I’ve been blessed with a dream child.’

Lydia, who appeared on reality TV show TOWIE on and off from 2010 until 2017, announced her pregnancy in August while confirming her split from car garage owner Lee Cronin, whom she had dated for two years.

However, she said that now things are good between the pair, and there is a chance they could be a family.

She said: ‘We’re getting on really well. Loretta was planned – this was always something we were going to do. So we decided to build up a relationship again.

‘I didn’t want to be angry anymore – what’s happened has happened, I’m not going to hold a grudge.’

She said: ‘Now we’re in a good place and I do love him, of course I do.

‘I would love to think that we’re going to be a family, and told him that if he could prove it to me between then and when the baby arrived then I would give things another shot. So that’s what we’re trying to do at the moment.

‘Equally, I know that if it didn’t work out and we tried, we could be great friends and Loretta would always be our priority.’

She said she does not yet know if she can call Cronin her boyfriend, adding: ‘We haven’t really had that discussion.

‘We’re committed to being a family, but nobody has a crystal ball at the end of the day.’
