Jaimie Alexander stuns in sheer earth-toned polka-dot dress at the premiere of Disney’s live-action remake of Mulan in LA
She made waves as Jessi in the sci-fi television series Kyle XY and as Sif in the superhero film Thor and its sequel Thor: The Dark World.
But on Monday, Jaimie Alexander took a back seat and slipped into fan mode when she attended the premiere of Disney’s new action-drama film Mulan that stars Liu Yifei, Donnie Yen, Jason Scott Lee, Yoson An, Gong Li and Jet Li.
The movie is a live-action adaption of Disney’s 1998 animated film of the same name.

Alexander, 35, commanded attention on the red carpet in a sheer, earth-toned polka-dot dress.
The number had a spaghetti-strap design that was covered with the see-through sheer fabric and cinched-in at the waist with a built-in black belt.
She kept the accessories to minimum and had her raven tresses styled in a short pixie cut.

Some of the others high-profile celebrities on hand for the premiere included the likes of Christina Aguilera, Chrissy Metz, Lana Condor, Jordan Sparks, Auli’i Cravalho, Jessica Henwick and Meg Donnelly, among others.
The March release of the film in China, where it was projected to be a box office bonanza, has been postponed indefinitely back due to the growing coronavirus outbreak.
Disney made a huge investment in the live-action remake, with a $200 million budget.

Alexander has starred in NBC’s crime drama series, Blindspot, since it premiered back in September 2015.
It was renewed for a fifth and final season of 13 episodes that’s expected to air in mid-2020.
