Residents said the wooden bear was installed in 2013 and has fallen several times since then.

Nadiya, who often visits the popular amusement park, said: ‘The bear fell not for the first time.

‘Children toppled it over several times during the last few years and it was a miracle that nobody was killed back then.

‘After each collapse, the park workers just put the sculpture back in its place without even fixing to the ground.’

The park workers have removed all wooden sculptures from the scene after the tragedy, reports said.
