Former Heart radio host Sarah revealed her engagement to businessman Ben at the same time as the couple’s pregnancy news in a January magazine spread.

Now six months along, Sarah looked contented as she greeted German actress Laura Pradelska at the International Women’s Day event at the boutique Treehouse hotel.

Sarah joined an array of female influencers for a live edition of the ‘Happy Vagina’ podcast, which opens up the dialogue about fundamental female issues.

The candid discussion show was launched in September 2019 by actress Mika Simmons, 43, who also founded the Lady Garden Foundation in 2014.

Mika led the podcast along with sustainability guru Melissa Hemsley, Big Brother winner Kate Lawler, and TV presenter Zoe Hardman.

The live podcast proved groundbreaking for Zoe Hardman, who admitted the word vagina was still banned in her house in favour of the more jokey ‘cookie’.

Organic queen Melissa Hemsley joked that she would make a resolution to say vagina much more regularly, while Kate Lawler discussed the pressure put on women to raise children.

In response to people saying that she’d make a great mum, she replied: ‘I’d make a great stripper, but it doesn’t mean I’m going to be one!’

A range of poignant topics were touched upon during the female-centric event, which was attended by a number of well heeled  guests.
