Married At First Sight star Amanda Micallef has denied bizarre rumours she identifies as man.
The 34-year-old strength coach sparked speculation about her gender identity after sharing a photo to Instagram using a filter that made her appear more masculine.
She insisted that she was 100 per cent happy with being female, but joked that life would be easier if she was a heterosexual male.

‘When I was younger, I used to think how much easier it would be to be a man rather than a gay woman,’ she told NW magazine.
She had shared the bizarre Instagram post in October, alongside the caption: ‘Those days I wish I was a bloke! So much better looking.’

It comes after her Amanda’s ex-‘wife’, Tash Herz, slammed trolls on Friday for using the word ‘trans’ as an insult against MAFS cast members.
‘I’ve noticed something on this season of MAFS. I don’t know if it happened last season but this season has been rife with it,’ she said.
‘But I have absolutely reached my limit so I’m calling it out. If you think that using “trans” is acceptable as an insult…
