‘Not in my wildest imaginings I would have never considered manifesting one Guinness World Record let alone two,’ she continued.

The former Biggest Loser explained that her first win dates back to 2012, when she headed a group circuit workout with 1165 participants.

‘I was so freaking scared and nervous that I had set this as a goal, had all these people here, spent so much time on preparing for this very day and what if I couldn’t achieve it? We did. And the entire event was mind blowing.’

She went on to say that the next record was achieved in New York City in 2014, when she hosted the largest exercise ball class ever.

‘I still to this day don’t know how we achieved it… 400 balls all to be sent and blown up in the worlds busiest cities, during peak hour.’

She described the event as a ‘miracle’ and ‘logistical nightmare’, before she recalled: ‘People were heading home all around NYC with Blue balls! Buses, trains even taxis!’

On February 18, Michelle was fined $750 and had her licence disqualified for three months after pleading guilty to mid-range drink driving.

She had tried to avoid a conviction by hiring a high-profile defence barrister, but wasn’t granted any leniency by the judge.

After she was charged on January 26, Michelle released a statement claiming she was going through a ‘very difficult time’ following her split from her partner Steve, 43.
