Nicole’s sexy posts come after she and her Pussycat Dolls bandmates were forced to hit back at criticism from viewers in Australia, following their raunchy performance on the breakfast TV programme Sunrise.

Speaking to news.com.au on Friday, Kimberly Wyatt said that it’s ‘unfortunate’ that the group is ‘so misunderstood.’

‘I thought we were beyond this, but obviously the conversation needs to continue,’ Kimberly said.

‘We’re warriors when we step on stage, throwing everything into it. It’s unfortunate that it’s so misunderstood by so many people.’

‘Luckily we have a presence online now and we can help people understand us, understand dance, understand what intention means as a performer,’ she added.

On Friday morning, Kimberly, Nicole, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bachar sang their biggest hits in Sydney’s Martin Place while dressed in racy outfits and fishnet stockings.

Viewers compared the performance to a ‘strip show’ on Sunrise’s Facebook page, and parents said they were struggling to explain it to their children.

Some viewers slammed the group’s talent, claiming they weren’t good performers and wouldn’t last five minutes on one of Australia’s talent shows.
