And the beauty looked incredible in her outfit, with her narrow waist emphasised by a chunky belt in the same hue.

Kate boosted her height in a pair of white stilettos, while she added a touch of bling with a gold bangle and hooped earrings.

The TV personality swept her blonde tresses into a loose ponytail while she coated her face in a glam palette of make-up.

Kate recently gave an exclusive interview to MailOnline, where she opened up about her lengthy battle with body dysmorphia.

She said: ‘I used to be obsessed with going to the gym. I feel like I had to go every day and if I didn’t go then I’m not going to look good.

‘Now I don’t go as much to the gym to look good. It’s more for my mind and lifestyle rather than adding extra pressure to yourself to go to the gym to look good, and if you missed a day, freak out- I don’t do that anymore.’

Speaking about putting pressure on herself from a young age, she added: ‘I had a really love-hate relationship with myself to look a certain way, to be a certain way.

‘I wasn’t seeing what everyone else was seeing so I’d pick loads of flaws in me and I was comparing myself to unrealistic people, like supermodels.

‘I don’t love my legs they’re a bit stumpy. I was comparing my legs to a supermodel’s legs and they’re really never going to be the same.

‘I still do obviously struggle and I still have days where I think “Oh I’m not having a good day” but generally I have much a healthier relationship with my body.’

The ex-TOWIE star first began dating Rio Ferdinand, 41, in 2017 after the death of his first wife Rebecca who tragically passed away to breast cancer in 2015 at the age of just 34.

The couple tied the knot in Turkey on September 27, 2019.

Kate stepped out of the reality TV spotlight to focus on being a step-mum to Rio’s three children Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and eight-year-old Tia.

She said that at the time she faced a wave of backlash from trolls who labelled her a ‘gold digger’ and in a BBC documentary earlier this month, Becoming A Family, Kate said it was a ‘hard couple of years’.
