The photos that prove Ivan Sarakula and Aleks Markovic are the ONLY genuine couple from this year’s Married At First Sight

While many of the Married At First Sight newlyweds have been dogged by scandal, Ivan Sarakula and Aleksandra Markovic have quietly gone from strength to strength

And during filming in October, they proved themselves to be the most genuine couple by doing something the other participants rarely did.

They spent time together without any producers or camera crews around, heading out for a low-key date in Sydney like any ordinary couple.

Their spontaneous outing, which saw them take a train from Wynyard to North Sydney, wasn’t part of the show or any pre-arranged activity.

According to an onlooker, they seemed ‘loved-up’ and ‘genuine’.

As they waited on the platform together, the real estate agents chatted and playfully mimicked each other’s movements.

They were both dressed casually for the outing, with Ivan stepping out in black shorts, a grey T-shirt and sneakers.

He also added a preppy touch by tying a white sweatshirt around his shoulders.

Meanwhile, Aleks opted for black shorts, a zip-up hoodie and platform sneakers.

She styled her long brunette in a high ponytail, and also carried a small black handbag over one shoulder. 

After meeting at the altar on MAFS, Aleks and Ivan have emerged as one of the show’s most stable couples.

Married At First Sight continues Sunday at 7pm on Channel Nine
