John Legend praises wife Chrissy Teigen’s ‘spectacular’ breasts after she claimed motherhood left her implants ‘deflated’

On Wednesday, she admitted she was eager to have her current implants removed and breasts lifted, 14 years after having an augmentation to aid her career.

But it seems Chrissy Teigen doesn’t have to be concerned, as husband John Legend praised her ‘spectacular’ breasts on Thursday.

The singer, 41, was responding to her comments in an interview with Glamour magazine on Wednesday, where the model, 34, said: ‘I did my boobs when I was about 20 years old. It was more for a swimsuit thing.

Supportive: John Legend praised wife Chrissy Teigen’s ‘spectacular’ breasts in a Tweet on Thursday, after she claimed motherhood had left her implants ‘deflated’

‘I thought, if I’m going to be posing, laid on my back, I want them to be perky! But then you have babies and they fill up with milk and deflate and now I am screwed.’

Taking to Twitter to joke about what she’d said, Chrissy wrote: ‘narrator: they did not stay perky’

Showing his full support, and refuting what his beloved wife’s remark, John said in response: ‘They’re spectacular.’

The star, who has been married to musician John Legend since 2013, is the mother of daughter Luna, who turns four next month, and son Miles, who turns two in May.

Discussing if she had plastic surgery to boost her self-esteem with Glamour, Chrissy added: ‘Honestly, I kept them the same cup size. I just filled them out, so they are rounder and firmer.

‘I had a quarter ‘teardrop’ cup in the bottom and filled out the breast line. But I want them out now. If I could do one thing, it would be to have a lift. I think you’re supposed to replace [implants] every ten years.

‘But when you have kids you think about [the risks] of surgery and I think, “This is not the way I want to die, in boob surgery.”‘

Chrissy, who rose to fame as a Swimsuit Illustrated model, also spoke candidly about body confidence, admitting that she used to weigh herself three times a day.

She told Glamour: ‘I used to weigh myself every morning, afternoon and night. I knew what the scales would say after each meal.

‘I did that for eight years and had this one weight I wanted to be at. That changed with Luna, and really changed with Miles [her son, two], where it took me a year to be comfortable with my new normal number.’
