‘I’ll forever regret this look’: Sophie Turner admits the outfit she wore to Kit Harington and Rose Leslie’s wedding was one of her ‘worst’ looks as other dresses she had chosen did not fit her
Sophie Turner has admitted she will ‘forever regret’ the outfit she wore to Kit Harington and Rose Leslie’s wedding.
The actress, 24, wore a a red blazer dress with over-the-knee boots to her former Game of Thrones co-stars’ nuptials in 2018 which she attended with Maisie Williams.
However, the star told ELLE the outfit was not her first chose as she had two ‘really classy’ dresses lined up to wear to the ceremony but neither of them fitted her.

She said: ‘I’ll forever regret this look. This was one of my worst looks. I had a fashion emergency. Both of the really classy dresses that I picked out did not fit me. It was a disaster.
‘It was either the thigh-high boots or these nice heels but I felt like if I just wore the heels all of my leg is showing, if I cover up a little bit then… urgh, it was a disaster. Worst fashion choice.’
Sophie, who is married to Joe Jonas, 30, admitted it wasn’t the first time she’d put together an outfit at the last minute, recalling the House of Fraser dress and River Island boots she donned for the Game of Throne season three press tour.
She said: ‘I don’t think I had a stylist, or I did, but I didn’t have an outfit for this event. This was a self-put-together look, no stylist involved, and I think I did a pretty good job.’

When her husband turned 30 last year, Sophie wore a black Alexandre Vauthier dress because she wanted to ‘be a Bond girl for the night’ and didn’t care about the fact the same gown had been worn by one of Joe’s ex-girlfriends, Taylor Swift, to a Vanity Fair Oscars party in 2016.
She said: ‘I wanted to be a Bond girl for the night… I know that Taylor Swift wore this before to an event and she looked much better in it than I did.’
It comes after rumours that Sophie is currently expecting her first child with husband Joe.
Whispers about the couple are set to become parents first emerged early last month, via Just Jared.
‘The couple is keeping things very hush hush but their friends and family are super excited for them,’ a source told the site. She is reportedly due this summer.
Another insider added: ‘Sophie has decidedly been choosing outfits to wear on and off the carpet to accommodate her changing body.’

According to sources, kids have always been in the cards for the couple. ‘Having children and starting a family was part of Joe and Sophie’s plan,’ an insider told Us Weekly.
The baby news comes just under a year after the couple tied the knot, as they exchanged vows in Las Vegas in May.
Their DJ pal Diplo live-streamed the ceremony – without their permission – and showed the pair exchanging vows while an Elvis Presley impersonator officiated.
Joe later admitted his own parents found out about his Vegas wedding on the internet.
