The Bachelorette revealed! Clare Crawley will look for love for the FIFTH time on ABC dating show

Rumors swirled for weeks that she would be the latest contestant to find love on the hit dating show.

And Clare Crawley will be handing out roses as eligible bachelors vie for her heart on the 16th season of The Bachelorette.

The 38-year-old reality vet is no stranger to the competition after first starring on Juan Pablo Galavis’ season in 2014, and has since made four additional appearances on the show’s various spin-offs.   

‘The most important thing is I want a man that will take off his armor,’ she said during an appearance on Good Morning America. 

‘I want a man who is strong, but is willing to take off the body armor, open himself up and be vulnerable, and I think that is some serious strength right there.’

Clare lost out on Juan Pablo’s final rose on the 18th season of The Bachelor, coming in second place to Nikki Ferrell.

The Sacramento-based hairstylist went on to star on seasons one and two of Bachelor in Paradise, but came home empty-handed.

During Bachelor Winter Games, she was part of a love triangle with Christian Rauch and Benoit Beauséjour-Savard. Benoit proposed during a reunion special, only for the couple to call it quits on their engagement in 2018.

‘It’s all what’s on the inside for me. If you line up the guys that I have dated in the past, there’s no one thing I’m looking for physically. It’s more, if they go out of their way for me, and they make me feel special because this is about me now and I’m ready for it.’
