Ocado chairman Lord Rose pocketed £1.7million by selling 150,000 shares in the online grocer.
The 70-year-old Conservative peer, who has chaired the FTSE 100 firm since 2013, sold the shares for 1124p each.
He scooped £7.4million last year when he sold two batches of shares in as many days.
Rose still has 452,284 shares, worth some £4.8million.
