Speaking of the secrets to her youthful looks, Ms Sun reveals that she maintains a skincare routine religiously every day.

She moisturises her body as carefully and frequently as possible – so carefully that she would rub lotion on each of her toes before leaving home in summer.

The fashionista pays particular attention to the skin on her neck because ‘that is what gives one’s age away’.

She told Taiwanese news outlet ET Today that she applies eye cream on her neck to ensure that its skin is as firm and smooth as the skin on her face.

She also said that she doesn’t have many beauty products, only the essentials – skin toner, serum, eye cream and moisturiser.

To maintain a physique that would make 20-year-olds jealous is no easy task. Ms Sun sticks to a light diet and feasts on vegetables daily.

She admitted her favourite dishes are boiled chicken breasts and pak choi, and she would never say no to a salad.

She also makes sure that she drinks apple juice every day to give her body enough vitamin C.

In conclusion, Ms Sun told the reporter that her secret to a slim body is to weigh herself every day.

As soon as she sees her weight increase, she would control the amount of food she eats until the figure drops, and ‘that is the key’, she said.
